Protocol & S.O.P For – Ministry Of Manpower Application New Applications
- Upon received manpower requisition from HR.
- We will start to recruit and sent the shortlisted candidates to HR for selection.
- Once the selection is done, we shall schedule for interview, either thru Skype/QQ or face to face interview (if applicants is in Singapore).
- The confirmed selected applicants, we will do a confirmation with our counter part on their details, e.g. Passport, Educational Certs etc.we will inspect more details about the working experience here if the worker has been working in Singapore before.
- We will login to MOM website and conduct the SELF ASSESSMENT TOOL.
- We will forward the following documents to HR department for confirmation:
- Application form of the selected applicants
- Remuneration package
- Authorization Letter from Employer (This is to authorize us as your company’s recruitment agent, to do the above application. Including authorizing us for the submission of the NEA Certs and CPF/UEN Company’s numbers)
- Upon received the Authorization Letter from the HR Department, we will Login in to MOM – WPOL/EPOL for the application.
- We will update the HR on the status of the application, Upon the MOM notifications.
- If the application is approved, we will forward the IPA Letter to all Parties. (Applicants, HR)
- If the applicants need to purchase Security bond, we will purchase the bond and forward the bond to HR department for the Director for signatures.
- On the arrival of the approved applicants, if the applicants require for medical examinations, we will arrange and collect the medical report. We will update the MOM by logging in using our agent-licensed number for their residential address, as well as issued their working passes.
- We will forward the letter from MOM on their issuance of pass to HR, we will scheduled an appointment for them for registration of the pass at the MOM card center.
- After all the procedure finished, we will prepar a file and delivery to employer. This file will be including all the personal docs. of each employee and also including all the docs. with signature we submit to MOM.
We will be providing the following services to support/lessen the heavy workload of the HR Department:
- We will provide transportation for renewal that will need medical check-up
- We will provide the dispatch service to pick up any documents that meant for the workers/company endorsements during the applications/renewal of their work pass.
- We will prepared/handle the full documentations during new application/renewal of work pass.
